Q: Can I transfer a prescription from another pharmacy to QuickRX?

A: If you would like to transfer a prescription from another pharmacy, please call and talk to one of our customer service representatives. They will get the information they need, or give you the steps necessary to make the switch.


Q: Can I order my prescriptions online?

A: At this time we do not accept online orders.


Q: Do you ship medications?

A: Yes! We offer FREE DELIVERY to your home, office, or the location of your choice.


Q: How do I request a generic equivalent for my prescription?

A: When you submit your prescription, simply ask one of our pharmacy assistants if there is a generic equivalent available. They can give you all the information and answer any questions you have about the equivalent. You will then have the opportunity to refill with your normal prescription or with the generic one. There are instances when your Doctor may require you to take the name brand for medical reasons, if that is the case, we will not fill your prescription with a generic medicine.
